Subscription Tiers

• Tourist (Free) — Modules 1 & 2 (Hardware + Exposure Triangle), the Exposure Simulator, free resources, read-only Discord.
• Shooter ($19/mo or $180/year) — All 6 modules, a seat at the Tuesday-night Discord critique call, full Discord access, the dashboard utility tools.
• Pro ($39/mo or $348/year) — Everything in Shooter, plus contract & invoice templates, priority Discord queue, and unmetered access to the dashboard utility tools.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of your current paid period, after which your account reverts to the Tourist (free) tier. Annual plans do not auto-renew without your explicit approval.

Every paid plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email billing@armandcamra.com within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund, no questions.

Content & Intellectual Property

Course videos, written materials, downloadable resources, and tool outputs are the intellectual property of Sean Caesar / Frame Five Media. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the course materials. Photographs and text you upload or post remain your property.

Dashboard Tools

The dashboard includes utility tools (exposure calculator, EXIF lookup, composition feedback, gear comparison, quote generator, portfolio review) gated by tier. Feedback produced by these tools is educational, not a substitute for professional review or licensed business advice. Monthly usage caps apply to certain tools at the Shooter tier; Pro removes those caps. Output quality may vary.

The Discord Community

The Arm 'n' Camra Discord is moderated by Sean Caesar and an in-house bot. Members are expected to follow the published house rules (see /community). The Tuesday Critique Night is offered on a best-effort basis — when Sean is on assignment, a guest pro may cover or the call may be rescheduled. Critique-night recordings are posted in-server for members and are not for redistribution.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload illegal, harassing, or copyright-infringing content; not to circumvent tier gating, rate limits or paywalls; and not to use the platform to harm other members. Violation of the house rules or these terms may result in account suspension or removal with subscription prorated.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. Sean Caesar and Frame Five Media are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of tool outputs, critique feedback, or coursework. Photography is a craft we're here to help you develop, but specific outcomes (paid bookings, contest wins, income targets) are not guaranteed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, where Frame Five Media is based.
